read the following policies and disclaimers before going ahead and
purchasing one of our LIFETAG Medical ID products.

SHIPPING
Please allow 4-5 weeks for the delivery of your LIFETAG product. All items, jewelry and non-jewelry, are assembled when ordered. With purchases of higher
value, shipping may require a slightly longer time frame depending on
the item. All jewelry pieces are custom made to your specifications. If
at any time you feel your order is taking longer than expected, do not
hesitate to call us at 1-888-LIFETAG and we can always update you on
your order status.
Because of increased cases of fraud, we now require the billing address be used as the shipping address.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, checks, and debit cards.
RETURNS
All LIFETAG Medical ID and Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry & Watches products should meet or exceed your expectations. All jewelry is custom
made to your specifications including engraving and/or custom sizing;
therefore, jewelry is non-refundable but may be returned for credit
only if there are any manufacturer's defects.
Returned items must be new
and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there
are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs
of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not
have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any
item with any indication that it has been used or worn.
In order to return an item,
you must first contact LIFETAG in order to obtain a Return
Authorization Number. Once you receive this number, it must be written
on the outside of the envelope or box that is being returned and must
be clearly visible and legible. This number is required for all returns

return an item to our company, please send back the product, paperwork,
and explanation for return along with the Return Authorization Number
written on the envelope or box that is being returned. We cannot refund
your original shipping charges and will deduct original shipping
charges from your order refund for return postage if a refund is given.
If you are expecting a refund, please allow 3-4 weeks for the request to be processed and sent.
SIZING ERRORS
If the size specification you
gave to us turns out to be the wrong size (i.e. too big or too small),
we would have to assess an extra charge and require extra time in order
to correct the size error. For your benefit, please be sure that the
size you provide for your order is indeed the correct size.
REPAIRS
Our products are guaranteed
for 30 days. If your item needs repair, please send it to us and we
will call you with an estimate. We will do everything in our power to
repair it at a minimal charge or offer an alternative. Please keep in
mind that materials such as glass, wire, rubber, and other non-metal
materials do not have the same lifespan as soldered gold and silver.
GOLD PRICES
Due to volatile market prices
and conditions, gold prices are subject to change. Gold prices are at
the highest they have ever been so prices for items made of or with
gold will reflect this.
